You will be billed for actual minutes used only.
There is a 10-minute minimum for each call or text.
For domestic single operator calls, the longer
you talk, the cheaper your rate.

In order to charge you by the minute instead of by blocks
of time, we usually put a hold on your credit card for $50 and then
adjust the rate to actual minutes used after the session. If you go
over your initial authorization we need to put another transaction
through. Please be advised that the adjustment may take up to
a week to clear on your card (don't worry, we're not
overcharging you).

If you know approximately how long you want to talk or text,
please inform your operator before she processes your call.

REFUNDS

All sales are considered final after your operator has processed
your credit card information. Refunds will not be issued except in the
